Phillip Hassall Produce Pty trading as Tiger Gloves provides the service of on-line ordering to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions and all of Tiger Gloves policies that appear on this site.

These terms and conditions together with Tiger Gloves policies and your order constitute the entire agreement between Tiger Gloves and you in respect of your on-line purchase of products from Tiger Gloves.

Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before placing an order with Tiger Gloves. An agreement will exist between you and Tiger Gloves once Tiger Gloves accepts your order for products or Tiger Gloves receives your order and does not reject it within fourteen days. Each order placed by you is a separate agreement.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. However, some therapeutic goods such as condoms and personal lubricants are GST free.

Purchase orders and delivery of goods

You will place an order on this site by selecting Tiger Gloves’s products and pressing the “Submit Order” button. Orders will be deemed to have been received by Tiger Gloves at the time of successful transmission of your order.

You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing this site and placing orders for Tiger Gloves’s products including any Internet provider fees.

We will only sell product to you that is to be delivered within Australia.

All products will be delivered to you at the address stated on your order via regular Australia Post and, as such, will not be able to be tracked. Registered post and Express post services are available at extra cost as specified on the order page.

There is a single postage and handling fee regardless of the size of order. This price is specified on the order page.

It is our aim to mail all products the morning following payment of the order, if all products are in stock. You may opt to provide us with your e-mail address on the order page in order to receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, or notification of any delivery delays or out-of-stock product.

Tiger Gloves reserves the right, irrespective of whether or not your order has been accepted, to withhold supply to you where:

  • Tiger Gloves has insufficient stock to fulfil your order; or
  • the products ordered have been discontinued.

Risk and title in the products

Property and risk in the products passes to you upon payment for the products. Tiger Gloves does not accept any liability for damage to products in transit.

Price of products and payment

The price of the products as shown on the product list is the price which is applicable at the time you view it.

Items in your order are charged at the price applicable at the time you submitted your order and as shown on the order confirmation, except where an item is out of stock, in which case you will not be charged for that item.

Upon delivery of the products, Tiger Gloves will provide you with a GST tax invoice specifying the total price for the products including credits.

Method of payment

Tiger Gloves only accepts payment via credit card through Tiger Gloves’s pay system. You must provide your credit card details upon submission of your order on our secure site. We will process your order payment using your credit card (Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa.) details for the value printed on the tax invoice we provide with your delivery. The payment will be processed prior to dispatch of the order. If your credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to process your order.

Returns are only permitted in the following 2 cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

If you have received incorrect product and you do not wish to keep it, you must return the product to Tiger Gloves within 7 days, together with the original invoice and a written reason for the return, and we will exchange it for the correct product. Any products which you return for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging, in pristine order and condition and have not been opened or tampered with in any way.

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
